On 28 November 2025, Rudong Tianheng convened a meeting on urban environment improvement and long-term management. This gathering aimed to thoroughly implement the latest requirements from the County Party Committee, County Government, and County Urban Management Department regarding the building and sustainable development of civilised cities. Attendees included personnel from the company's General Manager's Office, all management staff, and specialists.
At the start of the meeting, Zhu Songhua read out Rudong Tianheng's Implementation Plan for Advancing County-Level Environment Improvement and Long-Term Management. Aligned with the company's mandate and tailored to the county's environmental realities, the plan outlines comprehensive arrangements for coordinating environment improvements and establishing sustainable management systems across county-level and township projects. This will be accomplished through rigorous implementation of a closed-loop management mechanism defining personnel, posts, responsibilities, and standards, alongside strengthened supervision, assessment, and accountability. These efforts will lay a solid foundation for the creation of a civilised city.

General Manager Yang Jianyin outlined requirements and arrangements for work: firstly, strengthening responsibility among all personnel, ensuring the long-term management is implemented with meticulous attention to detail and tangible outcomes; secondly, prioritising three key tasks which are cleaning of main and secondary roads, promoting courteous driving through publicity campaigns, and regulating the parking of non-motor vehicles; thirdly, approaching work with a spirit of service, all personnel on duty, including the General Manager, must strictly adhere to designated schedules and locations to assist traffic police in maintaining order and regulating non-motor vehicles; fourthly, upholding high-quality standards and concentrating on delivering results.

The meeting's directives swiftly translated into concrete actions across all departments. Along the county town's main and secondary roads, cleaning workers conducted routine, comprehensive cleaning of oil stains, grime and dust. At busy intersections, a team comprising all company frontline staff arrived punctually to patiently educate against uncivilised behaviours such as jaywalking and bicycles ignoring traffic signals. They helped with reorganising illegally parked vehicles on pavements, relocating them to designated areas to ensure unimpeded and orderly pedestrian passage.

Moving forward, Rudong Tianheng will rigorously implement the requirements and arrangements outlined in the Plan. With a pragmatic and robust approach, alongside precise and effective measures, it will remain dedicated to continuously fostering a clean, well-regulated, and orderly county town environment that is conducive to the well-being of our citizens.
